Saura Weekly Updates - March 26, 2017

Saura Weekly Updates

March 26, 2017

It was a busy week as we finished out the 3rd quarter of the school year this week.  Although we are nearing the end of the school year, students are reminded that expectations for attendance, behavior, and academics remain high!  Parents, please help us by reminding your children of the importance of coming to school on time each day.  School begins at 8:30 am and we have several students who are persistently tardy.  We are also having some issues with students leaving campus during the day without permission.  If your child needs to leave campus during the day for any reason, they must bring a note to the office at the beginning of the day or a legal guardian must speak with a school official before the student is dismissed.  In either instance, students must sign out at the office.  Students who leave without permission or leave without signing out are considered to have left campus without permission.

Also, as the weather begins to warm, I want to remind everyone of the dress code.  Skirts, shorts, dresses and holes in jeans should be modest.  If students extend their hands and fingers, all skin above the fingertips should be covered.   Also spaghetti straps and shirts with large or cut out arm holes are not appropriate at school.
