Update Student Information
With the start of school quickly approaching, we want to make sure students' information is up to date. If you have recently moved or changed phone numbers please be sure to call the school with the updated contact information.
Saura Band Camp
We look forward to hearing our Marching Sauras when school starts back! The band is an important part of Friday Night Football, parades and more and the Saura Band is known for their fabulous performances. Band camp will be held August 12-14 from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. All students planning to be in the band should be sure to attend. All band students should report to band room by 8:30 am on Monday, Aug. 12th. Pack your lunch and wear close-toed shoes. No flip flops or sandals, please. Contact Mr. Reigle at email@example.com with any questions. If you did not sign up for band and have decided you would like to, please call the school to adjust courses for the fall semester and report to band camp on Monday.
Parking permit applications are available on the school website under the student section. Permits can be purchased at Open House starting at 6:00 pm in the office. Please double check to make sure your application is filled out completely, including the parent signature. Checks must include a phone number.
Freshmen Chromebook training and pick-up will begin the evening of Open House at the Freshman Parent Meeting on August 20. The Chromebook Agreement Form (last page) and $25 insurance/maintenance fee are due at time of pick-up. At 7:00 pm there will be a training for new students and their families. Returning students may pick up their Chromebooks on Thursday, August 22 between 1:00 and 4:00 pm or the first week of school.
Students and parents/guardians who have already had training at South Stokes are not required to attend another training, but all students will need to turn in an updated Chromebook Agreement Form (last page) and the insurance/maintenance fee to receive their devices.
